Terms
Short, because the important parts are enforced by the chain rather than by this page.
What Give is
Give is software that helps you create a coin on pump.fun whose creator fees are split, on-chain, between a cause you choose, an optional buyback-and-burn, and yourself. Give does not create coins for you, hold your funds, hold a key that can act for you, or take a fee.
What Give is not
- Not a charity, and not a donation platform. Buying a coin is not a donation and is not tax-deductible. The creator fees a coin earns are what reach a cause.
- Not an endorsement. A charity in the directory is a payee identified by its own public accounts. It has not agreed to anything, has not endorsed any coin, and is not a partner. It can ask to be removed at any time.
- Not financial advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Coins on pump.fun can and do go to zero.
- Not a custodian. Every transaction is signed by your own wallet. If you sign the wrong thing, or lose your key, there is nobody who can reverse it — including Give.
What you agree to when you launch
- You chose the cause, the split and the coin's name, image and description, and you are responsible for them. Do not launch a coin that implies a charity's endorsement, uses its trademarks as if licensed, or misleads buyers about where money goes.
- The split freezes at settlement and cannot be changed afterwards by you, by Give, or by anyone.
- You are responsible for the tax treatment of what you receive, in your own jurisdiction.
What you agree to when you claim as a charity
- You are authorised to act for the organisation whose X account you sign in with.
- The wallet you bind is the organisation's, and the binding is permanent except through the on-chain rotation process.
- Whether the fees you receive are income, a gift, or something else for your organisation is a question for your own advisors.
Availability and liability
The site, the relay and the keeper are provided as they are, without warranty. They may be unavailable; the chain is not. Give's liability to you for anything arising from the software is limited to the amount you paid Give, which is nothing.
Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies is the one published when you act.

Drafted to match the software as built; to be reviewed with counsel before Give leaves preview.
